Hi, sorry if this isn't the right forum, but seemed like the best place
to try. I have a 12 powerbook g4 with airport extreme card and 1.25 gig
RAM. The problem is that recently, it has started to drop connection,
(and seems to even boot the router offline as well) whenever I have a
larger download. This happens with itunes or even when i try to
transfer a larger file from my XP desktop through the wireless network.
Itunes downloads work fine on the XP machine and even wireless
transfers between the XP desktop and another XP laptop OK as well.
Consequently, I'm thinking the problem is with my powerbook.
Is there a setting somewhere I might have set to prevent a larger
download? I have a Zyxel dsl modem/wireless router if that makes any
difference. Thanks for any suggestions!!
