Check Entourage--> General Preferences --> "Notification". Make sure that
the appropriate sounds are checked, and click the speaker icon next to them
to test your sound setup.
If you don't hear anything, first make sure that your volume is turned up
and that your speakers are configured properly.
If you can hear sounds from other applications, but not the Entourage
sounds, see this Apple Knowledge Base article for a resolution.
