Hi,

trusting on "PC to Mac and Back", which says that PowerPoint 2002 for PC and
PowerPoint 2001 for Mac are "roughly equivalent", I designed a PowerPoint
presentation on a PC with PPT 2002 and used a motion path to move an
animated GIF image across the slide. This presentation has been distributed
to PC and Mac users and the animation doesn't show up on Macs.

Are there no motion paths in Mac PPT 2001 version?
Is there a newer Mac version supporting them?

Thanks in advance and best regards from Germany,
Ute

No to both, I'm afraid. PowerPoint X doesn't support motion paths either,
just exit animations.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Thanks fot that information, Steve.
The Mac-users will not miss important information this time, if they cannot
see the animation, but good to know for the future.

Kind regards,
