Dear HyperCard fans!
Jobs Quote 1.0 is a very simple system extension, which plays a
sound while your Mac starts up. You will hear Steve Jobs say
that rumours about cancelling HyperCard are b*llsh*t. It isn’t
of any use, but can you imagine Macintoshes all over the world
saying those rumours are...? I like the idea.
Use this system extension at your own risk. I have tested it on
an iMac with MacOS 9.2.2 and a Performa 450 with MacOS 7.5.1. It
should run on any Mac with MacOS 9 or earlier. It will not eat
any RAM, because it exits directly after playing the sound.
Jobs Quote 1.0 is in the public domain. Run this extension at
your own risk. I am in no way responsible for anything bad that
happens while this extension resides inside your system folder.
