The scripts posit that the technician undertands _how_ to do it. Sonic
had a product that did audio cleanup, years ago. I don't think it's
still available. You can work with the audio filters in Final Cut Pro,
and to a cetain extent in Audacity. The latter is a better idea, if you
don't already have FCP, because it's free.
