Post subject: Auto address problem
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>mac>office>entourage (more info?)

This was a nice feature until recently. Now when I start to type an address,
the popup list has many, many addresses I never heard of. I thought it was
supposed to show those in my address book. Where are these coming from?

They show up because those addresses are in the "Most Recently Used" list.
There's a button in Preferences in Entourage X to clear the list, and there
is a manual way to clear individual addresses from the list. See FAQ
article #10 on The Entourage Help Page for details:
