Is there any way to add minor Axis Tick Marks and change whether they are above, below or cross the axis in Scatter Plots particularly.<br>

"Select the toolbox from the menu bar. Then select the chart and look in the chart options that appear."

That doesn't do it. The chart options there only allow one to add lines running all the way across. In 2004, it was possible to have dignified tickmarks just at the very edge.
