Yes ... too bad it leaves so much metadata behind.

.... and now that it's been aquired by EMC, the Mac version seems be left in
maintenance mode ...

In most cases, that's no big deal for me. Most of my restores are single
documents or folders with no special metadata assignments.

Actually that happened long before EMC got ahold of it. ; )
