Bug: scrolling in Normal View (Word 2004)

Under certain circumstances, there is no live scrolling feedback
if you click and drag the thumb in the vertical scrollbar while
viewing a document in Normal View mode in Word 2004.

This appears to be dependent on whether Word has determined the pagination.
To work around this, either enable "Background Repagination" in preferences or
briefly view the document in Page Layout View, which will also calculate the
pagination.
