Fuck that. What happens when whatever number they move it up to is to
common again and we all have 4x that amount? And no people wouldnt get
used to it, I would be fucking pissed if i was not a lord anymore.

We just need a new name.

I see very little difference between what you initially suggested and
just using Ankrus's messages as far as number crunchers go. So this
should be moot in the proposed framework. I'm all for the idea of
sending a message to the sidebar at some random time not associated with
the change (ie say +or- X minutes)... This would be about as similar as
the number cruncher who simply counts mini-messages already...and still
very "rewarding" to those who have to hunt for hours to see any change.

I'm sure that this will appeal to some players. I'm not one of them. :)

This sounds a bit like Ankrus-to-go: instead of hoofing into town and checking
with Ankrus on your progress, you could instead be notified of your progress
while in the field. I don't know how I feel about that.

Personally, I prefer to get my messages in one loaf, instead of receiving
smaller slices over a period of time (to use a baking analogy).
