Link Error : Internal Linker Error File 'SYM.c' Line 157 -localid 131160 >
n_type_translation 147 file: 'gli_string.cpp'

Any clues as to what the heck this is? I've tried Google and the MW web
site to no avail. The error occurs sporadically and I can usually get rid
of it by either building everything from scratch [ouch! time consuming on my
project] or juggling the link order.

Also, in an unrelated problem occasically when I build my project it will
get so far and then CW will go berserk and start spewing compile error after
error - always on the same files - a piece of OpenSSL that includes a
"BIGNUM" definition. Quitting and restarting CW allows the build to pick up
where it left off but it's very odd. Would be happy to help collect info on
this one b/c I end up restarting CW at least 5x per day.

We take internal compiler and linker errors very seriously. Try the
9.4 update, I think we corrected something with generating sym files at
that time. If not submit this as a bug and copy me and I'll see what
we can do. We do take these internal linker errors seriously.

I'd try the standard things. close CW and trash the data folder for
your project. Trash the global preferences in the
USER/library/preferneces/Metrowerks folder

open your project and research for files and then see if that fixes
anything.

My guess is that there is a bad cache, but it is only a guess. If this
continues to happen we would greatly appreciate a bug report on this.
