Cancel Windows Live OneCare

I uninstalled OneCare a few months back and replaced it with a multi PC
license of Trend Micro. Obviously I don't want to renew it because it was
terrible, but now I keep getting reminder messages that my subscription
renewal is about to be charged to my credit card. I tried clicking on cancel
links but all it does is open up the help resources and link me to a broken
page. Basically, it won't let me cancel. I'm sure they do this intentionally,
but I'm not giving up and I am going to cancel this. Does anyone have a
direct cancel link or a number to call (preferably one to an English speaking
representative)?

Since this is a Macintosh newsgroup I really doubt there will be much here
