Post subject: Changing Network Passwords
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>misc (more info?)

A relative of mine is have a problem with a Mac network that they are
running at her office. There are four or five G3's running OS 9 in the
network, and anytime that they attempt to share files, drives, etc.
they get a prompt asking for the password that they no longer have.
She describes it as the "Master" password, and they have tried
changing it through the chooser without any luck. Any assistance is
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
