Chinese Charaters Supported in Powerpoint 2004????

Does the new version (2004) of Powerpoint support Chinese characters?
I believe that the problem in v.X was that the Mac did not recognize
the Unicom charcter sets.

Office 2004 supports unicode character sets so it should be supporting the
chinese character set.
