Close print preview button shortcut not working?

Don't understand JE, to close window it's apple key and W (command W) what
are you suggesting? Thanks.

What I suggested is using CMD-. or CMD-c to close the print preview

The command- or dash, did not work, but the command c did
Which is strange, because command c I usually use to copy stuff.
