Cannot Copy from Excel and paste into new mail in Outlook

Hi
i am facing this strange problem that i cannot caopy any text from Excel
into a mail message in Outlook. if i try to paste in any of the address
fields, then the information is pasted but not in the main body of the
message, just simply nothing happens when i do right click paste or Ctrl+V.

please see if someone can help on this one !
