This is good. It is identifying itself as a PagePro 1350W.

The "CMD:NA" is telling us that the printer does not understand any
common printer language. That is not all bad as we already see it is
advertising itself as a PagePro 1350W. We have a driver for that.

You need more than just a PPD. The Mac OS X page for the appropriate
driver has everything you need. Please see
<http://www.linux-foundation.org/en/OpenPrinting/MacOSX/min12xxw>. You
will need to install the Foomatic-RIP and the ESP Ghostscript packages
before you install the driver. I think this should work with your
printer.
Please post back with your results. It would be great if we can add
another printer to the list of supported devices.
