It was using iSpQ, which isn't so much video as a new still each time
you send a message. You click a button when the camera is showing you at
your most flattering, and that image is sent when you hit send. So the
image can be several minutes old before the message is sent. My image,

No, it was a good question. I'd forgotten that with the advancement in
both bandwidth and cameras that video chat is a lot more interactive
these days.
