Encrypted USB-stick for Mac OS X and Windows XP?

Greetings,

we're currently searching for a USB memory stick, which provides some kind
of hardware based encryption just like the Kingston DataTraveler Secure
Privacy Edition. Unfortunately, those sticks don't run on non-Windows
systems.

Elsewise it could also be acceptable to have such a device completely
encrypted using a software which runs on both OS X and WinXP - as long as
you can specify not to leave any space on that stick open to public.

Any clues?

I heard about something called "Ironkey". I think you can find them at
Thinkgeek.com
