I am unable to send or forward an email with a video attachment. I can
receive them OK. Outlook tries to send it in parts. When I try to send or
forward I get the above error message. Using Outlook Express 6. Internet
Explorer 7. Windows XP home edition service pack2.

You've posted to the Outlook Express for Macintosh newsgroup. I've
crossposted and set followups to the OE for Windows newsgroup.

Thank you for making me aware I posted in the wrong spot. Problem solved. I
had a box checked in outlook express that limited the size of my emails.
