Hi Gene,
You're on the right track. Just pretend that there is one workbook. In
Workbook #2 type an = sign in a cell then click into the corresponding cell
in Workbook #1. You can then drag to fill in the rest of the cells.
This creates a link between the two workbooks that will remain as long as
the file path to both workbooks remains the same.
