I am having the same problems as everyone seems to be having. I can get my
email, but I can't synch my calendar or the GAL.

I tried calling Microsoft and they told me they don't offer that kind of
"support". They were pretty rude. I just paid for this upgrade and it pretty
much blows.

I also downloaded the tcpflow thing, hoping that it would tell me something
or I'd be able to talk to someone at Microsoft about it. I didn't understand
the text files it created. And Microsoft blew me off.

Have you read this troubleshooting guide?

The upgrade was a free download. You shouldn't have had to pay for it.

I actually tried that link. I tried everything they suggested and it didn't
work.

I even had an Exchange server IT guy sitting in my cube trying it. He
couldn't get it to work.

I work at Avid. They are both PC and Mac friendly. I shouldn't be having
these problems.

I bought Office X thinking it was Exchange compatible and I could access the
GAL.

Same issue fixed when we checked "http keep-alives
enabled" on the "web site" tab of the default web site on
the IIS owa server.
