I just sold my HP2100M because, as HP's site says, it is no longer supported
for Mac OS X. Your printer may have fallen victim to this phenomenon as
well, though GIMP Print is giving your printer some new life, it is by no
means solving your problem. I think a new, supported printer will give you
the flexibility you need.
