HP Lj 5200dtn

Hello, does anyone have this problem?

I have a Mac running OS10.4 and a HP LaserJet 5200dtn. When I print
out documents in 8.5x11 there are no problems at all.

If I try to put two pages on a tabloid size 11x17 the image/print get
reduced to ca. 65%. The same happens if I try to print two pages on
any size, so the problem seems to be in the printing more than one
page on a sheet.

I've been on the phone with HP for about 15 hours total for this
issue, and they are throwing up their hands. We're reinstalled the
driver, updated the firmware, done all sorts of bootings - but the
problem is still there.

I've tried to use a different computer, same problem.

While I'm not totally sure, I think that we were able to print without
problems when we first got the printer - but again, I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

One more thing: After all the work with HP, now when I try to print a
PREVIEW, it actually PRINTS the document rather than just showing me
the preview. Any ideas?
