Last week I was sucessfully using a ORiNOCO Silver 802.11/b card in my Pismo
OS 9.2.2 system. No driver was required - just put it in and used the Apple
Airport software.
I read somewhere where the Enterasys RoamAbout CSIBD-AA-128 High Rate / 128
Bit Key card is the same as a ORiNOCO Gold and should work in a Mac. In
fact the Enterasys web site lists it as Mac compatible.
I picked up a Enterasys RoamAbout CSIBD-AA-128 off of eBay however I can't
get my Pismo to recognize it. It didn't come with any software/drivers.
Anyone know whether this card will indeed work on a Pismo with OS 9.2.2
without drivers or if special drivers are required?
When I go to the Enterasys no drivers are listed for the Mac.
