My laserwriter select 360 was working fine for a while, then it just
stopped printing. The print monitor says Print Queue is Stopped -- but
there's no way to click the "Play" button, and when I click the Pause
button nothing happens.

I have tried going to the chooser and re-selecting Laserwriter 8,
updating through chooser by clicking on select PPD and then selecting
Laserwriter 360, restarting, etc.

I need to print!! Any suggestions??

Thanks!

That happened to me years ago, but I don't remember how I solved it. Can
you click "Start Printing Queue" from the PrintMonitor menu (next to
your Mac's "Special" menu? What about turning the printer off to flush
its memory? Then restart.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

That's it: Select "Start Printing Queue" from the PrintMonitor menu.
I've never found a good reason for it to shut itself off like that, but
it is easily fixed.

Btw, this also occurs for us on HP LaserJets. I don't believe it's
specific to the LW 360.
