Heroes IV keeps crashing

Hi,

When I play the Tutorial it crashes, usually at the same place - when
the hero gets to the strength upgrade statue-thingy.
That means I've never even started any campaigns etc.
Anyone else had this problem? Any fix for it?

(OSX 10.3.9 on MDD G4 dual 1Ghz, 1Gb RAM)
