Igor .bwave graphics files and GraphicConverter?

I have a big collection of files with extension ".bwave" which I believe
came from the Mac graphics program Igor that I used long, long ago.

[Igor was a truly superb graphics program that is still sold (and is
presumably still superb), but I ditched it during a Mac file cleanup or
machine replacement step some time way back, after Mathematica came
along.]

GraphicConverter doesn't seem to be able to do anything with these.
Anyone know offhand of an Igor translator, "reader", or other easy way
to recover these images? ($500 for a new cc of Igor is considerably
more than I'm willing to pay).
