We're currently using the beta RDC to connect to a terminal services 2003
server. I've turned on printer sharing on the Mac, but I cannot install it
through the Printer Wizard on the server. Is there some trick to inputting
the address for the printer? Does it only work with locally connected (USB)
printers, or will a postscript printer connected to the Mac work?
This is probably a quick fix, but the lack of Help Documentation for the
beta is throwing me off. >> Stay informed about: Installing Networked Printers thru RDC |

If you have a locally attached printer then it should just automatically
appear as a printer when you connect to the server, provided you've
enabled the printer sharing option.
However, you can't share network printers through your Mac. Just add
them to the server and print directly from there.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Bill! Unfortunately, we're going to have to do some creative VPN to
get the printers installed. =)

Maybe you could devise a way to print to PDF and then download and print
those.
