Post subject: LW 360 and G5 Panther: works but one question

I just set up my trusty old LW 360 with my G5 DP with Panther via
AsanteTalk. It works great, except for one missing item from the driver:
I no longer (since OS 8.6) can choose B&W or Greyscale. That choice is
absent. I always printed in BW, but occasionally used the Greyscale
feature.
