Post subject: LaserJet Series II to be networked
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>printing (more info?)

Hi there,

we've got a LaserJet Series II, 512 KB RAM. This printer is, due to
its limited RAM, practically only usable under Windows, which does a
*really* great job here. Now the catch: I've got an iBook w/o
parallel port, and surprise surprise, I want to print to that LJSII.
Hence I would like Win98SE to share the printer and access it with my
Mac OS 10.3 CUPS client. Any idea how this could be done?
PS: Additional hardware is not an option.

-Andre
