1. What is the latest version number of CodeWarrior that can be
installed on 68k macs?
2. What is the latest version number of CodeWarrior that can be
installed on PowerMacs (MacOS8-9-X) that also support 68k code
generation?

"CodeWarrior Pro 5 was the last release that let you host the IDE on

The 68K tool plugins work if (manually) added to CW7 too.
