Post subject: "Manage Widgets" button does not work. Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>system (more info?)

All of a sudden, when I open the widgets, I can click on the + in the
lower left to produce the "Manage Widgets" button but when I press it,
nothing happens! It used to work, but not anymore. Any ideas?
I'm running Leopard on an Aluminum Imac.
