Notifying me that my sent mail has been received and opened

Hi

I've just come from working with Outlook in a PC environment. Normally
I could click on Properties to see if my sent message had been
recieved and opened by the receiver. Or, I can set the system to
automatically alert me that mail has been received the other end. I
can't seem to find how to do this in Entourage. Can anyone help?
