You're not by chance going thru a router? If you are you will have to
program an new IP address into the printer. You will go into the
network pane of system preferences and look at the IP address of your
computer and router (if you have one) then go to the printer and key in
all the numbers except the last three, they (the last three) have to be
different from your router. On my jetdirect with the latest firmware I
was able to do that using the keyboard on the printer.
Router or no router, I don't remember?
