The Office 2008 Help program should include in its index how to deal with
changes from the previous version.

1. For example, I could not find "source" as in Entourage/View Source,
which used to be under the View pulldown menu. It took awhile to find that
it was included, instead, under the Message pulldown menu.

2. For example, I had to inquire in the Entourage newsgroup on what happened
to "Mark ALL Read" when one is through scanning a window of posts/threads.

Those are just two of many examples that come to mind in which "Help" is of
little help. A small investment in providing such information AND in
cross-indexing it for the convenience of Office users would greatly reduce
the frustration and wasted time of consumers and increase their confidence
in buying future Microsoft products.

I just went under the "Help" pulldown menu in Entourage "Send Feedback about
Entourage" to suggest that "Help" be updated--soon.

Respectfully, Norm

Hey Norman--awesome new feature! If you are using Online Help, you can
provide feedback on a topic (at the bottom of each topic, make sure
Online Help is on). Please also send your comments to MS through
that--I think that will really help with the small specific details that
Help may be missing.

Hi Norm:

The help WILL be updated "soon". Probably tomorrow!

That is: if you allow your Help to go on line.

A new feature in Office 2008 is that the help updates dynamically every time
you use it, if you allow it to go online.

Cheers
