Office 2008

I'm trying to install 2008 but when I go to launch entourage I get error
code -5000, it says "could not change to the identity" and when I open word
or excel it says there is a problem with the database. Help?

Vincent, I think you have a problem with your Microsoft User Data folder;
get it out to the desktop and restart the Mac. Then let Entourage create a
new one, you can find the folder in your home/documents folder. If you have
an existing Identity in 2008 then you may need to rlace the identity folder
back but this sounds like you don't have the right permissions on the
Microsoft User Data folder to create a new database file.
