Open Outlook 2001 error found.. please help ugrent.. thanks!

Hi All

Please help on this issue.

When I open the Ms Outlook 2001 or IE, which popup an error after passed the
password checking. and the message like: The application "Microsoft Outlook"
has unexpectedly quit because an Error type 1..

I have reinstalled the Outlook and IE,but problem still popup, please give
me some suggestions. thanks a lot.

Hi Jack!

This may be due to corrupt preference files. Check for System Folder -->
Preferences --> Exchange. Trash the files and folders beginning with
Exchange and re-create your account in Outlook.
