Open-source app to open *.pub files?

One of the organizations for which I work part time has begun sending
its newsletters as *.pub files. Are there any open-source applications
for Mac OS X that will open *.pub files? I'd prefer Universal Binary, as
I now use a PowerPC Mac, but plan to purchase a Mac Mini this month or
next.
