PB5300 as WiFi MP3 player?

Kwe Kwe akwekon, Hello all, anyone out there using a Powerbook 5300 as
a WiFi MP3 player? I wanted to get one of these 802.11B MP3 players
but had to laugh at the prices
$300 is a bit absurd IMO, I can get a PB5300 for $50 from Shreve
Systems, add a Lucent/Proxim 802.11b card and should be able to stream
music to it thru my other 2 Macs and even the Net since I have my
Netgear connected to DSL
