Is it possible to use a "PC" PCI VGA card (or maybe some of them) in a
PowerMac 7200?

Some Matrox Millenium-based PC cards can be easily flashed with the Mac
ROM from the Matrox site.

Many 3dfx Voodoo cards can be flashed for a Mac, though the Mac drivers
are getting hard to find.

An old ATi Rage II-based card, and some of the ATi Radeon 7000-based
cards can also be flashed with a Mac ROM (and use Mac drivers), but you
need a PC to do it.

Hope this helps.
