Post subject: Printing via PC network
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>printing (more info?)

My Mac prints fine on two printers (Canon, Epson) when connected directly
to them via USB. However when I try to connect via my home network, I get
this message:

"connection Failed witih error NT_Status_Access_Denied.

The PC network is Windows XP and there are no permissions required for
access to any of the PC's; printers are set to "Share" on network and my
Mac correctly identified each one when adding new printers.

A second problem is that when I added those printers, my Mac could not
recognize the latest printer drivers.

Suggestions?
