What kind of video ASIC is used on the 8500? Is it an ATI?

I'm trying to install Yellow Dog Linux, and it wants to know. The Apple
System Profiler doesn't say.

The built-in video is a proprietary Apple chip, though I think ATi may
have helped them out.

Apple called the video chip built into the 8500 the RaDaCal, in case
that helps with YDL's installer. I have not used YDL, but other Linux
distributions have had an option of "Apple Built-In" or similar.
