You have to edit the body paragraph style.
To do that, select the text font by hitting command-T and editing it
there, and setting paragraph attributes by hitting command-option-I for
the Inspector, then select the T tab and set spacing etc.
When you have done that, in the styles drawer (shift-command-T) the
triangle next to the body paragraph (assuming it was one) will turn red
to indicate you have changes. From the menu from clicking on the red
triangle select redefine style from selection.

Use from the Inspector>Text>Spacing>Line double arrow next to Single:
At Least to enter exact point value.
