Simple Question. I hope it's got a simple answer. Is there a way to stop
Adobe Reader 6.0 from phoning home every time it's launched. I've tried
disabling "Check for Updates" and a couple of other things, but it still
insists on calling in.

I like some of the new features in version 6, but this one "feature" is
about to send me back to 5.

Try "Little Snitch". It allows you to block an ip address.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I'll take a look at that one. Thanks for the tip.

Well, I took a look. Little Snitch is interesting, and it stopped Adobe
Reader from phoning home, but it seemed to introduce a bit of flakiness
to my system.
