This is unrelated to a recent post of mine.

I have a document that I reduced at 75% to get it all on page. Looks great
in print preview, but on actual print I see intermittent episodes of
certain address and company names that get squashed, only the top half
prints out and bottom half gets cut off. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!!!

What version of Excel and Mac OS? Have you checked for the latest print
drivers from the printer manufacturer?

Thanks Bob: I'm on:
OS 10.3
OFFICE 10

But you know. I just discovered it actually previews bad, and previews bad
even at 100%. So it look good on screen, but when do print preview, at any
percent. I get stuff squashed. I still have your e mail, and will send it
to you. It's the same file I sent you ages ago when I had the problem of
merged cells which was solved.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
