Post subject: Print Web Pages with URL?

Does anyone know how to get Safari or Firefox to print the URL of a
webpage on the printout of the page? I've seen Windows users do this,
but I don't know how to get any Mac browsers to do it, and it sure would
be handy for showing where a particular page came from.

When I try printing from Firefox, the URL shows up in the top-right
corner of the page. I don't think I did anything to set this up, and it
doesn't seem to be configurable from preferences. This is with Firefox
1.0, what version do you have?

Shareware utility for Safari "SAFT" has a Print URL, Date and Page
number pref.
