A girl at work needs to print a workbook to PDF, but when we select
the sheets manually, or select print the entire workbook, we end up
with only one sheet (the last).

It looks like each page is printing when the print status bar comes
up, but it's like it starts at the beginning and makes only one page,
but overwrites it with each successive sheet.

If anyone can help it would be immensely apprectiated.

Hi McMacMan,

I just tried and got the same result.

Please use the feedback feature from Excel's help menu to report this issue
to Microsoft so that it can be addressed.

Thanks.

Are all the updates installed? Wasn't this one of the things fixed with
Office 10 updates?

Thanks guys. Yeah, the updates were done. I even reinstalled them to
make sure, and still no luck.

No. Unfortunately not yet. Maybe a forthcoming v.X fix if any, and hopefully
in Office:2004 which we should find out soon now...

I'm with agreement with Bob's recollection that this was fixed at one one
point. But it's broken (again) now, so sending feedback to Microsoft about
this problem is especially important.
