Hi all

I'm new to Mac and Entourage, another recent convert from the PC. Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I've tried everything with no success.

When I print email messages the header lines (Subject, Date From etc.) appear in very large type and take up loads of room. Also there's no indication that the message contained one or more attachments. (You can tell I am used to using Outlook)

Can I adjust the font size of the header info, and can I specify that attachments should be listed, when present?

Its Entourage 2004 and Leopard if that makes a difference

Ta

The font size used in the header is the same font that you have selected for
HTML messages. These settings are linked, unfortunately, so you can't
specify a specific font + size for headers and one for HTML text. Anyway, to
change this setting, go to Entourage>Preferences, Fonts and change the font
size for HTML messages.

Not straight out of the box, but you can use Paul Berkowitz's free
AppleScript Print Message w. Attachment X, which you can find here:

I used TinyURL because the original URL was too long and probably would have
been broken.

It never hurts to mention these details, so keep up that good habit!

Michel

Excellent, thanks. Header now looking a sensible size!

TinyURL? Sorry, new to me. How do I get from here to the website?

Just click on the TinyURL. It basically reduces very long URLs to a very
small string of letters, but it still works like a proper URL. Just click on
the link or paste it into your browser and the script should start
downloading automatically.

Note: You will need to have Stuffit Expander installed to unpack the script
from the archive it is in when you download it.
