Post subject: Problem printing to Brother MFC 440CN - flipped pages
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>printing (more info?)

I'm having a strange occasional problem printing on my Brother 440CN.
Sometimes, when I open a file in either Adobe Reader, Microsoft Word,
TextEdit, or other programs, when I print the file it comes out
flipped left-for-right, in other words a mirror image of the original.
This has ocurred through both MacOS Tiger and Leopard, and on many
different programs. Sometimes I open the same file back up with the
same program, and the page print normally. I'm using the latest
control application (although I'm not sure it's loading under
Leopard) and the CUPS drivers that come with MacOS X. Has anyone
had this problem before?

Thanks in advance

Cap.
